too Dock or Not to Dock

my first opinion is a controversial one: Docking, as a boxer owner and lover I believe in docking however in my province it is illegal and I think that is beyond dumb the law states that docking and dew claw removal is causing unnecessary harm purely for cosmetic reasons. I call bullshit, there is a reason docking has been done for hundreds of years! have you ever been whipped by a bully breed tail, its like a steel cable, they knock small children over and they constantly break and injure them. which in turn causes unnecessary harm, the whole point of the law, have you ever seen a dog get off the couch and the dew claw catch on something then get torn, the pain he feels is unreal. Ears I could go either way but it often helps with drainage and cleaning preventing ear infections and increases there hearing hugely, for those of you who disagree do you pierce your daughters ears or get your son circumcised as that has no advantages and causes unnecessary harm for pure cosmetic reasons but much like your puppy it happens at a young age and they don’t remember it but reap the benefits for years to come.
